Returns

If your item arrives broken or has any other defects please contact us by e-mail, within 72 hours after receiving your package. The e-mail must include a picture of damaged item or items, your contact information and the order number.

You will be fully refunded for the item or items if you do not wish to do an exchange.

Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchange

  • Accessories

We do not exchange items unless they were damage upon arrival. Please refer to the return policy if items are damaged.

  • Shoes

Not please with the style, sizing or prefer something else? All exchanges must be done within 30 days after receiving your package.  All items must be unworn, All Items must be in their original packaging. Please refer to the return policy if items are damaged.

  • Swimwear and Apparels

Not please with the style, sizing or prefer something else? All exchanges must be done within 5 days after receiving your package provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, worn, washed or altered and that all labels and tags are attached. Please refer to the return policy if item(s) are damaged.

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at anytime before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains your tracking information. Once an item is shipped the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Gift Cards Refund

Partially used gift cards can't be refunded. Refunding a gift card issues a full refund. It isn't possible to partially refund a gift card.
